The Gallery at the Riverbank is a fresh, contemporary space with large Victorian windows boasting beautiful views of the River Trent. With a very versatile room and a professional and accommodating Events team, we aim to create bespoke service to cater for any event.   

The Gallery is an L-shaped room with a high and low ceiling area, which can be used as separate rooms or as one room. Each section of the room has it’s own PA system and projector. The Gallery is a self-contained space with a small outdoor terrace overlooking the river. 

Our Events Team have gained years of experience in our other successful sites, Tom Browns and the Boathouse and understand what matters when holding an event.

Delegate Rates – Over 20 delegates

Half Day Delegate £25 per person

This includes:

• 2 x servings of tea/coffee and biscuits

• Still/Sparkling water

• Light Buffet lunch or bacon/sausage sandwiches depending on morning or afternoon booking

• Complimentary use of the AV facilities, WiFi and flipchart (x1) and pens.

Full Day Delegate £35 per person

This includes:

• 3 x servings of tea/coffee and biscuits

• Still/Sparkling water

• The Riverbank signature Deli board buffet lunch, fruit juice.

• Complimentary use of the AV facilities, WiFi and flipchart (x1) and pens.

Delegate Rates – Under 20 people

Less than 20 delegates is subject to a room hire charge and gives you the ability to create your own package from the details below.

£200 Half day 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm – 5.30pm

£300 Full day is 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Tea and Coffee £2.00 per person, per serving

• Tea, Coffee and Homemade biscuits £3.00 per person, per serving

• Bacon Sandwiches £3.50 per serving, per person

• Homemade scones, Devonshire clotted cream and jam £3.00 per person, per serving

• Light Buffet lunch £10 per person

• Riverbank signature Deli board lunch £15 per person

• Jugs of Fruit juice, £10 per jug

• Bottles of still and sparkling water, £3.30 per bottle

For all other evening functions we do not charge a room hire but merely ask that you meet our minimum spend policies through pre-ordered and paid for food and drinks.
